The doctors and surgical assistants at this office are excellent — professional, timely, and truly top‑notch. My actual extraction was handled well, and the clinical team performing the procedure clearly knows what they’re doing. Unfortunately, the front office staff and clinical management are the complete opposite, and they are the reason for this low rating. After my extraction, the office forgot to forward the required prescription to the pharmacy. It took most of the day to get it sorted out, including two separate trips to the pharmacy while in pain, and all I received was a weak verbal apology. This should never happen in a surgical practice. Things got worse during recovery. When I experienced significant post‑op swelling, I called for an emergency appointment. The office line opened 11 minutes late, and I was hung up on. It took four attempts before I reached an actual person, only to be told that only the clinical manager can schedule emergency visits — and that person was not at the desk. Dr. Jackson, Reagan, Lance, and Tina took great care of my son, Xavier, during his wisdom teeth extraction. Tina went out of her way to make sure my son was good throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Jackson is so patient and efficient! Thanks!

Over the years, myself and family members have had care by this office . We have had nothing but great experiences. Dr Summers, down to her staff and front admin are awesome. I would recommend CVOFS for all of your dental/surgical needs . “Side Note” I also received a beautiful bouquet of flowers via the mail after my procedure. 🩷

Two of my kids had to have teeth oral surgery within weeks of each other. Both experiences were wonderful. Everyone was kind and helpful and things were well explained and both surgeries went smoothly and the kids have healed nicely. I would highly recommend for your oral surgery needs.
